## About the role

OpenLoop is seeking a Provider Support Specialist to join our Medical Operations team. In this role, you will answer incoming questions from our contracted provider network and make sure anything you can't resolve gets to the right internal team quickly. ## What they're looking for

- 0–1 years of experience in a support, service, administrative, or operations role, healthcare or telehealth exposure is a plus but not required
