## About the role

As a Senior Product Manager at OpenLoop Health, you will operate as a senior individual contributor with broad strategic influence across the organization. This role is both internal and client-facing, with a strong emphasis on partnering directly with colleagues and clients to understand their needs, shape solutions, and ensure successful delivery of OpenLoop's products and services.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product management experience, including significant experience working directly with customers or clients
- At least 3 years in healthcare revenue cycle, payer operations, or health insurance technology
- Hands-on knowledge of eligibility and benefits workflows specifically — not just RCM in general. You know what a 270/271 exchange does and doesn't tell you, and why two payers can return the same benefit three different ways
- Working fluency across the wider revenue cycle: insurance capture, claims submission, denials, patient billing, and how upstream eligibility errors surface downstream
- Demonstrated experience building, communicating, and managing product roadmaps
- Strong technical acumen — you work directly with engineers on APIs, data models, and integration tradeoffs, and you read the payer documentation yourself
