## About the role

Serve as a connective bridge with the Insurance Product org, linking the technical detail of the analysis to the broader operational and financial analytics the team is responsible for, so stakeholders and senior leadership can see how the work translates into business and financial context. Closely work and collaborate with the Insurance Product team to align on analytical requirements and measures of success for both new and ongoing initiatives.

## What they're looking for

- A minimum of 10 years of experience & background in insurance products, preferably personal lines property and/or auto insurance products
- Advanced analytical thinking and comfort in evaluating the success of various countrywide insurance product programs against targets
- Expert-level mastery of SQL
- Experience building and refining predictive models in Python or R
- Demonstrated track record of identifying structural process gaps, proposing solutions and influencing business decisions
- Experience gathering requirements and building dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, or LookerStudio
