## About the role

We're building out video content across web, social, and CTV, and we're looking for a hands-on motion design and video editor to help us shape it. We want someone with strong motion design chops, sharp production instincts, and genuine curiosity who can explore opportunities, pressure-test ideas, and bring structure and expertise to branded content.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or content creation in the B2B Tech/AdTech space preferred (agency or in-house creative team a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a solid understanding of video editing and social content tools, including platforms and workflows commonly used in motion and video production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your motion design, static content, and video production range, with an eye for design, pacing, and storytelling
- Collaborative and commercially minded approach, with rigor on creative quality and the performance of video content
- Exceptional organization and the ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously without losing the thread
- Familiarity with AI-enabled production, editing, or workflow tools
