## About the role

We're building a telehealth practice that operates across dozens of states, and we need an operational engine to keep it running smoothly for our patients and clinicians. This role is ideal for someone who brings a blend of operational excellence and systems thinking , is highly detail-oriented, and is deeply motivated by improving the experience for both patients and healthcare providers.

## What they're looking for

- Experience : 1-3 years of experience in operations, healthcare operations, or a similar administrative/analytical role
- High-growth telehealth or healthtech startup experience preferred
- Spreadsheet Savvy : Strong Google Sheets skills (comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and data cleanup)
- Data Literacy : Experience navigating and reading BI tools (e.g., Lightdash, Looker, Tableau) with a strong desire to learn how to build them
- SQL knowledge is a plus but not required
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks
