## About the role

As a Senior Analyst at Ophelia, you will support the core financial operations of a growing multi-state operation: monthly close, financial reporting, cash and treasury management, internal ROI analysis, and annual planning. You'll report directly to the FP&A Manager and partner with them closely across each of these areas.

## What they're looking for

- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. You can build a model from scratch, and audit someone else's, follow the logic, and find the thing that's wrong with it (if any)
- Stellar communications and stakeholder management with a passion for aligning all participants, able to create strong points of view to achieve Ophelia’s strategy, backed with data
- Experience in healthcare (ideally digital healthcare), multi-state operations, or another regulated environment, or exposure to claims-based revenue
- Passionate about our mission to make evidence-based addiction treatment universally accessible
- Direct experience with Netsuite, Claude & Claude for Excel, or a BI tool such as Lightdash is a plus
