## About the role

Are you a data-driven lifecycle marketer with a passion for customer engagement and the technical chops to strengthen and scale customer lifecycle marketing capabilities? We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our powerhouse team and lead lifecycle strategy and execution across Oportun's product ecosystem and key member moments.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or customer engagement marketing
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing lifecycle programs using Iterable or a similar marketing automation platform such as Braze, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel lifecycle execution across email, push, SMS, in-app messaging, segmentation, automation, personalization, and deliverability
- Strong technical proficiency with HTML, CSS, and dynamic scripting or templating languages such as AMPscript, Handlebars, Liquid, or similar
- Proven experience improving lifecycle performance through automation, segmentation, personalization, and structured experimentation
- Experience partnering with technical teams on event-based triggers, data requirements, integrations, customer data flows, or platform capabilities
