## About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Lead to own the business analytics and reporting that inform OP Labs' commercial and strategic decisions. This senior individual contributor role sits within Data & Strategy and combines business judgment, crypto knowledge, and clear communication to explain performance and recommend action.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, strategy, management consulting, strategic finance, or a related analytical role
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience. Management consulting experience, an MBA, or deep crypto industry knowledge are equally valued
- Strong commercial judgment and experience building financial models and business cases that informed pricing, customer prioritization, partnerships, or resource allocation
- Experience owning recurring reporting and analytical work across business functions, including agreeing metric definitions, reconciling sources, and resolving conflicting interpretations
- Strong SQL, spreadsheet modeling, and data visualization skills, with the ability to inspect underlying data and validate results independently. Python for analysis and automation is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including concise executive recommendations, clear explanations of uncertainty, and constructive challenge with senior stakeholders
