## About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to own and lead the next chapter of OpusClip’s brand and marketing web experience. This is a leadership role for a builder — someone who defines the vision and ships it. You’ll drive our brand evolution end-to-end, from the refreshed visual direction to launching it live across every touchpoint, and you’ll own the outcomes it delivers.

## What they're looking for

- A strong track record in web and visual design, with a portfolio of live, shipped work — not just concepts
- Proven experience leading a brand refresh or rebrand, from setting the visual direction to rolling it out live across real products or sites (please highlight this in your portfolio)
- A genuine self-starter who thrives with autonomy — examples of projects you scoped, drove, and shipped largely on your own, with minimal direction
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Rive, and Webflow, plus a solid working understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong experience in UI animation and motion design
- An exceptional sense of layout, typography, hierarchy, and modern design principles
