## About the role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract basis, with the opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance and business needs. This role will be a heavy sourcing role, and will be expected to build pipeline across all open roles.

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at startups or fast-growing technology companies
- Strong experience hiring Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, Visual Designers
- Experience working in small, fast-paced startup environments where priorities change quickly
- A strong sourcer who enjoys finding great passive candidates
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially with data integrity in our Ashby ATS!
