- Support the implementation of communications strategies, creative brainstorming and campaign planning for multiple high-profile client accounts
- Pitch and place stories across local, regional and national media outlets, build and maintain targeted press lists and develop relationships with relevant reporters and editors
- Write and edit external and internal messaging and media materials, including client emails, press releases, fact sheets, talking points, media pitches and communications plans
- Support day-to-day client communications, including staffing weekly calls, developing meeting agendas and preparing press coverage and event recaps
- Support teams at press events, openings and other client events
- Manage work streams and project tasks across multiple accounts, helping teams stay organized and meet deadlines
