## What they're looking for

- Oversee a portfolio of experiential projects and client relationships, ensuring strong delivery, client satisfaction + retention, and continued engagement
- Serve as the senior strategic lead across a portfolio of clients, setting vision, KPIs, and success frameworks while ensuring consistent delivery of top-tier results
- Manage a large portfolio client with multiple initiatives overlapping at any given time, experience in the beauty space is a plus, but not required
- Oversee Experiential strategy while collaborating with peers to develop integrated campaigns that may touch influencer marketing, earned press, paid media, and more
- New business may be specific to experiential or may be an integrated pitch for multiple service lines
- Conceptualize breakthrough, culturally resonant ideas that define client positioning, communicate product differentiators, and generate meaningful talkability (whether social shares and/or earned media)
