## About the role

Osano is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help build and execute programs that create awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and ultimately drive revenue growth.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, integrated marketing, or a related B2B marketing role, preferably within SaaS or technology
- Demonstrated experience building and executing integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how marketing programs influence prospects from initial awareness through opportunity creation
- Experience working across multiple demand generation channels, including email, paid media, content, webinars/events, and ABM
- Hands-on experience running paid search and LinkedIn campaigns in the platforms yourself, not through an agency, with a track record of scaling spend efficiently
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel data and turn insights into action
