The Office of the CFO needs a partner who can bring financial rigor to a company moving fast, keep the organization running day to day, and give department leaders a counterpart they can trust with real decisions — not someone who waits to be handed a finished process.

## What they're looking for

- Experienced in FP&A — 4-8 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or a comparably rigorous financial analytical role
- A Real Modeler — You can build a clean, auditable model from scratch, and you have the curiosity to notice when one is wrong instead of trusting it blindly
- An Independent Owner — You've carried significant work end to end across multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders, with the tenacity to push things to done
- A Sharp Writer — Concise, well-organized, no wasted words
- Tech-Forward — You use AI tooling actively, have some comfort with scripting or APIs, and treat automation as a first-order part of the job, not an afterthought
- Comfortable in the Gray — You make reasonable judgment calls with incomplete information rather than waiting for permission
