## About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Protection Specialist to join our Global Privacy & Compliance Team and help shape privacy practices that enable responsible, scalable patient and consumer engagement across our markets. In this role, you will help embed privacy into new and evolving initiatives, making it easier for teams to innovate while keeping patients’ and consumers’ rights, expectations and trust at the centre of what we do.

## What they're looking for

- Provide practical legal advice on data protection and privacy, including GDPR and local legislation across our markets
- Advise on privacy requirements throughout the lifecycle of patient and consumer programs across multiple countries
- Develop proportionate privacy policies, procedures and governance, working with local experts and stakeholders to support a consistent global direction
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise on cross-border processing and international data transfers
- Contribute to broader priorities of the Global Privacy & Compliance Team, including relevant training and awareness activities
- A law degree and at least 5 years of relevant legal experience, including substantial work with privacy and data protection
