## About the role

The primary responsibility of the Product Sustaining Engineer role is to support and maintain existing products throughout their lifecycle, while also assisting in the development of new products. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges, implement design improvements, and ensure product manufacturability, quality and reliability.

## What they're looking for

- Engineering Degree in either Mechanical, Material, Industrial or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product support, sustaining engineering, product design, or related roles
- Proven experience supporting products throughout their lifecycle by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and validating the effectiveness of design solutions
- Proven experience overseeing engineering changes throughout the entire process, including their integration into manufacturing
- Familiarity with subtractive and additive manufacturing processes, as well as soft goods
- Background in regulated industries, preferably in the medical device sector
