## About the role

The Regional Clinical Business Development Manager (RCBDM) is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing new business opportunities within their assigned region. This role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with key referral sources and organizations, developing a regional KOL network, and creating data-driven strategies to accelerate revenue growth.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree required, clinical certification strongly preferred in orthotics, physical therapy, athletic training, or a related discipline
- 8+ years relevant sales experience within the orthopedic field with proven ability to develop relationships and grow referral networks
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for managing activities and data analysis is expected
- Ability / Experience in building business cases for investments, acquisitions, or new product development
