## About the role

As Product Designer for Platform, you’ll define the experience architecture and critical cross-product systems that shape how Otter works as a unified platform. Your work will influence the foundations every product team builds on and some of the most important journeys across the customer lifecycle. You will:

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of product design experience, or equivalent seniority, with a track record of leading complex, high-impact product work
- Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills, with experience designing workflow-heavy products or tools with meaningful complexity
- Proven ability to define scalable experience models, frameworks, and patterns that work across multiple products, teams, or customer journeys
- Excellent product judgment, including the ability to simplify complexity while balancing usability, flexibility, and technical constraints
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influence, with the ability to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders
- Comfort working with complex system models, including permissions, configuration, object relationships, states, dependencies, and edge cases
