- 5+ years of experience in Product Compliance specifically within the consumer electronics industry
- Strong technical knowledge of global regulatory standards including FCC, ISED, and EU/CE requirements
- Proven experience working directly with 3rd party labs and managing OEM/ODM compliance relationships
- Deep understanding of the hardware product development lifecycle (PDL) and its impact on certification timelines
- Exceptional ability to prioritize competing business needs and communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
- Provide Certification updates and maintain the internal certification database
