## What they're looking for

- Lead the recurring demand planning cadence: collect inputs, pressure-test assumptions, update the forecast, document risks and opportunities, and prepare materials for forecast sign-off and S&OP discussions
- Translate commercial pipeline and partner inputs into demand assumptions, including deal timing, confidence, ramp shape, booking-to-shipment timing, expected fulfillment path, and likely product mix
- Maintain the DTC/e-commerce forecast across baseline demand, traffic, conversion, seasonality, promotions, marketing events, launches, channel mix shifts, availability constraints, and other demand drivers
- Support and improve the B2B planning process by translating deal and program expectations into product and SKU demand, with clear attention to timing, mix, fulfillment, and data quality
