## About the role

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will own end-to-end supply planning for Oura's product portfolio — from production through delivery to our customers. This is not a narrowly scoped execution role; you will connect demand signals, production constraints, inventory positions, and channel requirements into a coherent supply plan and own the tradeoffs that come with it.

## What they're looking for

- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, supply/demand planning, or inventory management — ideally in consumer electronics, consumer hardware, or a similarly complex physical-product environment
- You've owned a supply plan end to end, not just executed pieces of one. You understand how decisions in one part of the supply chain ripple through others
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity. You can take an ill-defined problem, structure it, and move it forward without waiting for perfect information
- Demonstrated ability to work across functions and influence without authority. You've built alignment with commercial, finance, logistics, or engineering teams on plans that required tradeoffs
- Familiar with AI tools and open to using them to improve planning workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field
