## About the role

As we scale our global footprint and transition through major corporate milestones, we are looking for a visionary, hands-on VP of Global Tax to lead our tax organization through its next chapter of hyper-growth, public-readiness, and digital transformation.

## What they're looking for

- 20+ years of progressive tax leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a high-growth technology (SaaS + Hardware) environment and multinational organization. Big 4 public accounting experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MST (Master of Science in Taxation), JD, or CPA is strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in U.S. federal, state, and international tax reporting, including tax accounting under US GAAP and ASC 740
- Demonstrated success leading teams and managing complex cross border issues, audits and external service advisor relationships
- Strong track record of partnering across functions and supporting executive leadership
- Experience with financial reporting environments
