OuterSignal started with DTC brands. We’re now moving quickly upmarket, driven mostly by inbound demand. The largest retailers, consumer apps, hotel groups, and consumer businesses in the world still don’t really know who their customers are. ## What they're looking for

- You’ve closed six-figure enterprise SaaS deals, with sales cycles that ran through security, legal, and procurement, and you can walk us through three of them
- You understand how a growth, CRM, or partnerships team at a consumer company actually works, and you’ve sold them the technology they run on — marketing, analytics, or customer intelligence
- You run a deal like a consultant, not a demo. You are comfortable in a room with a CFO and a data lead, and you can build the business case yourself
- You are deeply motivated and resourceful. You’ll work directly with the founders and have the resources to win, but you can create your own pipeline and find your way through any door
- You’ve worked at an early-stage company, or you know what it means to sell a product that is still becoming what it will be
- Remote, occassional travel to NYC required
