## About the role

We are hiring our first Senior Accounting Manager / Controller to lead day-to-day accounting and build the financial infrastructure the company runs on. This is a foundational role for someone who can own the close, build strong systems and controls, and create the reporting foundation that helps take the company from startup to category leader.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA strongly preferred
- 5 to 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a high-growth SaaS company
- Strong command of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls, including ASC 606 revenue recognition and deferred revenue for subscription & usage businesses
- Experience managing month-end close and preparing financial statements, and experience in completing audits
- Ability to build sophisticated financial models, automate workflows, and work comfortably with large datasets
- A proven track record of building accounting processes in an early-stage environment
