## About the role

We are hiring a Strategy & BizOps Senior Manager / Manager to serve as a core operating partner to the Head of Finance & Strategy and the broader leadership team. This is a high-impact generalist role for someone who can turn ambiguous questions into structured analysis, sound decisions, and effective execution.

## What they're looking for

- 4 to 8+ years of experience in a combination of a) finance (investment banking , private equity) or management consulting, and b) at a high-growth startup
- Strong analytical skills, including comfort with financial data, modeling, and spreadsheet-based analysis
- Structured thinking and the ability to break down ambiguous problems into practical next steps
- Strong execution skills and a willingness to own outcomes end to end
