## About the role

As a Product Manager at Outschool, you’ll build products that shape how millions of learners, families, and educators experience education. You’ll tackle complex, high-impact problems across our consumer marketplace and our growing ESA (Education Savings Account) business, where we’re helping families use education funds to access high-quality learning opportunities.

## What they're looking for

- Professional product management experience, level will be determined based on experience and scope
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, data, and other cross-functional partners and having a track record of taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and delivering meaningful outcomes
- Experience owning the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and defining strategy to launch and iteration
- Strong product sense and the ability to identify the problems that matter most
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure impact
- Strong quantitative skills, including the ability to define experiments and analyze results
