## About the role

The Senior Software Engineer will be a hands-on technical expert responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering significant features within the Solutions Team. You will own end-to-end technical decisions for your features and systems, write high-quality code , conduct code reviews within your area of expertise, and mentor junior engineers as they grow their technical skills.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of software development experience
- At least 1 year experience building production-grade AI agents and complex intelligent systems within the enterprise
- Strong working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG strategies, fine-tuning, and grounding techniques, along with practical experience using major AI agent orchestration frameworks
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles
- Demonstrated ability to implement security best practices (e.g., authorization, data masking) and enforce responsible AI governance and guardrails in production systems
- Ability to articulate complex technical designs and risks to stakeholders and non-technical partners
