## About the role

You will work directly with our Head of Partnerships across the full lifecycle of our partnerships program — from partner outreach and health tracking, to evangelizing partnerships internally, to orchestrating how new technology partnerships get built, from atomic idea through General Availability. You will also bring a consulting-style toolkit to the role, building sharp, presentation-ready materials for partners and internal stakeholders alike.

## What they're looking for

- 2-3 years in partnerships, consulting, bizops, or an equivalent role with a mix of analysis and customer-facing work
- Comfort moving between the operational details of a partnership and multi-year strategic planning
- Curiosity and persistence, with a habit of digging into "why" until you understand the root cause
- An ownership mindset, with comfort writing the playbook, not just reading it
- A team-first mindset, with a drive to help the team move faster, anticipate needs, and deliver excellence
