## About the role

This is a product engineering role in the strongest sense of the term. You will work close to customers, shape what gets built, and ship across the entire stack — backend, frontend, and the agent frameworks that sit between them. Titles matter less than ownership here. We believe customer proximity is a competitive advantage. You will talk directly to customers, join calls, and work inside tight feedback loops. Forward-deployed work is part of the job — not as support, but as the fastest path to product insight.

## What they're looking for

- A track record of shipping products that users actually used — including at least one that failed, with a clear understanding of why it mattered
- The ability to ramp quickly, operate in ambiguity, and act with a strong bias to action
- A deep interest in why something is being built, not just how it gets built
- An understanding of what success looks like for both the customer and the business, not just the code
- Experience in forward-deployed or customer-embedded engineering, and genuine energy from that kind of work
- Bonus: experience founding something, even if it didn't work
