## About the role

As a key member of the Product Management team, you will take ownership of critical components of Overjet’s Insurance AI platform , reporting to a Product leader within the Insurance organization.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-driven products
- Proven ability to own and scale complex product areas in fast-moving environments
- Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on backend- or data-heavy systems
- Ability to make sound tradeoffs and move quickly without losing focus on outcomes
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
