## About the role

Overland AI is seeking a Content Strategist to join our Communications & Marketing (C&M) team and help shape how we tell the story of mission-ready ground autonomy. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution, with a mandate that spans social media, thought leadership, website content, and cross-functional initiatives across our team. As a Content Strategist, you will embed deeply within a highly technical, fast-moving defense technology environment.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with 5+ years of experience in content strategy, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience creating content for technology products, ideally in defense, robotics, autonomy, software, or other technical domains
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format for different audiences and platforms
- Strong interest in social media as a strategic communications channel, with experience shaping messaging and narratives rather than simply posting content
- Ability to work closely with technical teammates, including engineers and product leaders, and translate complex concepts into clear, credible stories
- Comfort operating in a fast-growing, lightly structured environment where priorities shift and ownership matters
