## About the role

Overland’s vehicle production team is seeking an NPI Manufacturing Engineer to help develop and launch our autonomous off-road vehicles. You will apply Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) experience to support the integration of mechanical and electrical subsystems throughout prototype and early-production builds.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years integrating complex electromechanical systems from prototype through production
- Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Proven expertise in multi-subsystem integration—combining mechanical, electrical, and data interfaces into one functioning hardware product
- Experience implementing and optimizing a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) such as First Resonance ION
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills across design, manufacturing, and technician teams
