## About the role

As a key member of the Production team, you will own and support a variety of cross-functional activities that keep production running smoothly. You'll work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and production teams to maintain accurate documentation, coordinate schedules, improve data quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

## What they're looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, project coordination, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common productivity software
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline
- Experience with manufacturing documentation, BOM management, or production planning
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience using ERP, PLM, or MES platforms
