## About the role

We are seeking a high-ownership, full-cycle Contract Technical Recruiter to help scale Overland AI during a critical phase of growth. This role will be responsible for driving hiring across our technical teams, partnering closely with our internal recruiter, hiring managers and leadership to identify and close exceptional talent.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technical environment
- Experience recruiting for software engineering roles (e.g., robotics, autonomy, infrastructure)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build trust with technical leaders
- Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Rippling) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and close candidates
