## About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern who wants real ownership over how Overlap shows up in the world. You’ll run social, develop creative campaigns, help produce events, and come up with your own initiatives to grow the Overlap brand. This is not a role where you’ll be handed a calendar and asked to schedule posts. We want someone who has ideas, good taste, and the ability to turn those ideas into things people actually see.
