## What they're looking for

- This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
- Previous second-line management experience in the software industry, preferably within an SMB-focused organization
- A demonstrated track record of personal and professional excellence
- 5–7+ years of experience leading high-performing Business Development or Sales Development teams
- Proven success generating leads, building pipelines, closing business, and consistently achieving or exceeding targets
