- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in compensation or total rewards supporting global organizations, preferably in a start-up environment
- Deep expertise in compensation program design and administration , including salary structures, job architecture, leveling frameworks, market benchmarking, and annual compensation cycles
- Experience managing equity compensation programs , including grant administration, reporting, and employee education
