## What they're looking for

- Running a restaurant is a constant stream of decisions, exceptions, and tradeoffs. Most restaurant software gives operators more outputs: more dashboards, more alerts, more settings, more reports, and more things to check
- This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada
- 8+ years of product management experience, or equivalent building experience , with a track record of shipping high-impact products
- AI product instincts grounded in real operations. You think in loops — signals → decisions → actions → learning — and care deeply about quality, trust, and iteration
- Excellent product judgment and taste. You can reduce cognitive load, simplify messy workflows, and design products that feel obvious to busy, non-technical users
- Technical depth and strong engineering partnership. You can reason about systems, data flows, integrations, permissions, reliability, and tradeoffs
