## What they're looking for

- Today, restaurant owners spend huge amounts of time reacting to operational problems: managing incoming orders, handling kitchen bottlenecks, coordinating delivery, updating menus, and responding to customer issues under constant time pressure
- This team owns ordering, fulfillment, menu syncs, POS integrations, kitchen workflows, and operational automations – systems directly in the critical path for restaurant revenue and guest experience
- This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States and Canada
- 7+ years, with meaningful time building end-to-end systems and product experiences
- Strong experience building high-throughput systems with a focus on reliability and scalability
- Experience with our backend stack (Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
