## About the role

PagerDuty is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Platform Security to own the strategy and execution of how we secure, harden, and defend our Operations Cloud platform. This role sits within our Product Development organization and reports to the Sr Director of Product, Platform & Partners.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years in B2B SaaS in roles spanning product management, security engineering, and/or platform security
- Demonstrated experience owning security architecture and risk tiering decisions — not just supporting them
- Track record of running security programs and measuring risk reduction impact
- Strong cross-functional credibility with Engineering, Legal, Product, and Go-To-Market leadership
- Experience managing security change in the field — migrations, re-architecture, new authentication and authorization models — with the communication skills to bring stakeholders along
- Ability to mentor other product managers and raise the security bar across a product organization without direct reports
