## About the role

PagerDuty is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to own a full view of expense management across G&A, R&D, and GTM. You'll serve as a key finance business partner to leaders across the organization, owning analysis, forecasts, and executive-level reporting needed to manage expense well and operate at public company standards. The base salary range for this position is 131,000 - 220,000 USD . This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or expense operations, including SaaS company experience
- 2+ years of senior level experience responsible for finance or expense operations
- Hands-on experience with finance systems (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Zuora, Anaplan)
- A track record of building or scaling processes and controls in a growing organization
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal audit requirements
