## About the role

The Finance Team supports and empowers Palantirians through day-to-day operations and creative problem-solving. The US Indirect Tax Manager is responsible for supporting the company’s US indirect tax function across a dynamic multi-state business environment. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and technical background with the ability to navigate complex and evolving tax matters with a practical business-oriented approach.

## What they're looking for

- Strong technical foundation in US indirect tax within complex multi-state environments
- Ability to apply sound judgement and think critically in ambiguous or evolving tax situations
- Hands-on experience with ONESOURCE and NetSuite strongly preferred
- Experience reviewing sales and use tax returns in detail, including evaluation of accuracy and reasonableness of position taken
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify issues beyond transactional accuracy
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, accounting and time management skills with the ability to drive project to completion independently
