## About the role

We are seeking to expand our sales execution team by adding a Capital Formation Associate to support our global sales team and marketing efforts. The candidate will play a key role in fundraising Pantera Capital’s funds. This position requires a seasoned professional with experience in capital formation and marketing efforts in the alternative investments space. This role requires presence at least four days a week in our New York office or traveling for business.

## What they're looking for

- 2-4 years of experience in institutional capital raising, with a proven track record of success. Experience in private equity, venture or hedge funds a plus
- Strong academic background at a highly ranked school
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of hedge fund strategies and analytical methodologies is advantageous
- Must be a self-starter who has proven ability to cultivate relationships and help improve overall client relationship process/structure
- Attention to detail and concern for quantitative accuracy
