## About the role

Pantheon is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead how Pantheon delivers monetization and billing in the product, owning the infrastructure that turns pricing and packaging decisions into what customers actually experience — and using that ownership to move the metrics that matter with a high degree of independence.

## What they're looking for

- Experience designing partner, channel, or reseller pricing and incentive models — you know how to structure a deal that works for both sides
- Direct experience owning or working closely with subscription billing platforms (e.g., Zuora, Chargebee, Stripe Billing, or similar)
- Familiarity with usage-based pricing and metering/entitlement tools (e.g., Stigg, Metronome, Amberflo, or similar)
- Working knowledge of CRM and quote-to-cash tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot) and how pricing changes flow through to sales and marketing systems
- Demonstrated ability to design and interpret pricing experiments, and to use data (SQL, Amplitude, Looker, or similar) to inform monetization decisions
- Proven ability to move revenue outcomes: NRR, expansion, and reduced churn/downsell
