## About the role

Account Ownership: Build deep relationships with founders, CXOs, and senior operators. From the moment a customer lands on Paraform, you are their single point of contact — and you are accountable for the revenue your accounts generate. Engagement Execution: Lead structured intake calls, shape comp and requirements using market data, keep searches moving with urgency, and drive candidates through finals to a closed offer.

## What they're looking for

- 4–7 years of experience owning customer relationships, driving business decisions, and owning revenue outcomes in account management, consulting, or high-ownership startup roles
- A track record of retaining and growing accounts, not just servicing them
- Experience selling to or managing relationships with founders, CXOs, or senior operators
- Comfortable with performance-based comp and motivated by a target, not intimidated by it
- Magnetic presence and customer skills — you earn trust quickly, hold the room with senior operators, and push back without losing the relationship
