## About the role

This is the first dedicated enablement role on our Delivery and Sales teams, the team of BDRs, Sales Professionals, and Enablement Mangers that are the commercial engine behind our growth. You will be the owner of how our GTM team is onboarded, ramped, and continuously developed.

## What they're looking for

- You bring 4 to 10+ years of relevant experience and have built enablement or L&D programs before, ideally at an early or founding stage where you owned the whole thing rather than one slice of it
- You are a builder. You are comfortable starting from a blank page plus a few scattered materials, and turning that into a real, living program
- You coach well. People trust you, learn from you, and change how they work because of you
- You are data-minded. You measure whether your programs work, and you adjust when they do not
