## About the role

Parametric is building robots to automate physical labor in the real world. We're a small team of staff-level engineers moving fast from prototype to product, and we're hiring to grow our hardware team. You'll own the electrical architecture of our mobile manipulation platform: power, wiring, and the buses that tie actuators, sensors, and compute into one working robot. You'll write the bring-up and validation code for the subsystems you build and hand off clean, working interfaces to software engineers.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years in robotics or electromechanical systems, with ownership of electrical architecture on a fielded system
- Experience integrating motor controllers, encoders, and sensors on real hardware
- Ability to write the code that brings hardware up and proves it works
- Proficient at making things: CAD, 3D printing, and general fabrication
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and full ownership at an early-stage startup
