## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of professional backend software engineering experience
- Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems in production
- Strong proficiency with Node.js and Typescript (or comparable backend languages such as Go, Java, or Python)
- Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), Docker , and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with GraphQL , RESTful APIs , and event-driven architectures
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
