## About the role

## What they're looking for

- Must have hands on performance marketing experience within the iGaming or online gambling industry
- Demonstrable experience managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns for an online casino, sportsbook, or other real money gaming product
- Strong understanding of iGaming acquisition, player journeys, conversion funnels, and revenue focused performance metrics
- Solid experience with AppsFlyer or another MMP, including campaign attribution and player reporting
- Strong understanding of iOS tracking, including SKAN reporting and handling non consented users
- Experience with GA4, including event setup, custom reports, and troubleshooting
