- Participate in the full QA lifecycle, including test planning, system testing, troubleshooting, and support activities
- Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into comprehensive testing scenarios
- Design, create, and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Reports, and test automation initiatives
- Perform manual, regression, API, and integration testing of web-based applications and services
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, project managers, and QA colleagues to ensure product quality and successful releases
- Estimate testing efforts, identify project risks, and proactively suggest improvements
